This review is mostly a review of Cannondale itself. The guys at the shop have been nice but I can tell they were bugged by Cannondale not taking care of us.

I love the fact that I get free tune ups with my bike for as long as it's on the road.

We took the bike to the shop. The guys at the shop said they had never seen anything like this and that they would send a work up to Cannondale for warranty replacement. Cannondale responded by saying that the failure was user error and did not acknowledge the widely known fact that the HANGER should fail before the frame. Keep in mind the frame broke on the third ride out on a $3500 bike. We had to buy a new frame full price for $1500! Cannondale didn't even offer a discount on a new frame. I do have to say kudos to the shops for taking all our parts off and putting them on the new frame for free.

I'll definitely be buying more bikes here soon.

If you a need a warranty claim processed for defective components on your bike, do not take your bike in to Infinite Cycles in Highland/Lehi...they charged me a ridiculous $35.00 service fee to process the simple warranty claim to SRAM for replacement brake levers. Fee was not disclosed to me at the time of processing. They surprised me with the fee when I came back to pick up the warranty replacement part. It honestly took them 10 minutes or less to process the warranty (a quick phone call in to SRAM). Other bike shops in the area such as Mad Dog Cycles, and SBR Cycles in Orem do not charge any service fees to process warranty claims to bike parts manufacturers...as I found out later. This is the last time I'll ever set foot in to Infinite Cycles. I'd give these guys zero stars if I could. I recommend going elsewhere for your cycling needs.

On her third ride out her rear derailer got caught in the spokes and fractured the frame clean off. We realize there was some user error in this but the rear derailer should have snapped as designed at the hanger to prevent frame damage. This leads to only two conclusions: 1. The rear derailer is designed defectively and should have snapped at the hanger or 2. The Cannondale frame is exceptionally poorly made.

They have every thing you need from a bike to a local motors verrodo wich is a electric drift trike. Had a great experience because they found out what I needed found the closest thing that would work for me and got it also cheap prices on amazon the tire that I was looking for would have cost me 20 to 50 dollars and here it was only 15 dollars. Loved it will for sure come back for the next item I need. Thank you infinite cycles. You guys are the best.

I know for a fact that other companies like Fezzari will cover damage like this because I know Fezzari customers who have had similar things warrantied. I am extremely disappointed that after spending this much money we were treated this way by Cannondale. The Cannondale warranty apparently is useless so you may as well throw it away when you get the bike. I'm hoping Cannondale will see this review and be embarrassed by their customer service and the tough position they place their dealers in when situations like this arise.

I have spent over 6K on Cannondale bikes at this store. I bought my wife an upper end Cannondale SupeSix Evo (they are Cannondale dealers). This bike was expensive and purchased at full price because it was the color she really liked.

Purchased two bikes here, one we love. The other was not a good fit for my boyfriend. When we purchased it, it had some tiny scratches, but we didn't care. We went to return it a few weeks later (or switch it out) and they would not accept it. It had been ridden once. They said these scratches and some dirt on the tires made it impossible to return OR exchange. They have a SEVEN DAY return policy. I don't blame the employees, but there are some shady business practices. Also be aware of their 0% interest financing, after 6 months it's 30% compounding interest.

I just bought a road bike from Infinite Cycles a few weeks ago and had a great experience. They were so helpful in helping me figure out what I wanted. A few different employees helped me and you could tell they were all experienced cyclists who knew what they were talking about. They helped me get the right size of bike and were awesome with answering all my questions.

Thanks Infinite!
