Dillon was our salesman and he was awesome! He was totally laid back and there was absolutely no pressure for us to buy anything. He was very helpful with any questions we had and very patient as we test drove 3 different cars. Matt was awesome! He was our finance guy and helped us get a great rate at a payment we could afford. He was quick with all the paperwork so we weren't there all day. I'd definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy a car!! I'm sure the other guys are good but ask for Dillon and Matt if you can!
Carl and the guys were the best car dealers I've ever worked with. They not only had the best prices but their service was top notch. Was able to get out with the car I wanted with the price which exceeded what I wanted. Will be going back there for my next car.
These guys gives car at best price. I really appreciate their patience. They never get irritated with any number of question. I really have positive exp with them. Steena was fabulous . She even got my car to home. I couldn't have asked anything more. :)
My wife and I contacted their office 5 times between us trying to get it in to have them look at it. Every time we're told the mechanic will "call us back later today".. however, we have yet to receive a call back and it's been several weeks! Great experience as long as you don't find any post-purchase issues.
Bought a Nissan from this place and right from the beginning I was taken care of. I never felt pressured and I felt like there was zero BS. I had a few credit issues and they were honest about them but reassured me they would do their best to get the the best rate and payment. They did both! The salesman and finance manager were both A++! I even met the owner and he made sure I was taken care of as well. The inventory made it hard to choose a car because there were so many "good eggs" on the lot! I will definitely refer all friends and family to Action Auto.
Edit - Changing to 2 stars, bough a car 9 months ago and purchased an extended warranty package for 5 years/100,00 miles and was told would basically cover anything major including electrical issues. Now having actual major electrical issues and the warranty does not cover, sales people were great unfortunately some of what they sale is not.
I recently purchased a 2016 Honda Civic from this dealer. My experience was good through the purchase process and I was pleased with their customer service and non-pressure environment. However, on my initial drive home the back right wheel area was making squealing sounds. This didn't happen during the test drive unfortunately. It continues to do this periodically but not constantly.
