The location is not out of business, but they don't have many vehicles on hand at all. I had an insurance claim in for my vehicle and they sent me to this location. They only had 2 options and both were really beat up and tiny compact cars. They weren't able to pick me up from the auto shop so I found a ride there, had to pick the bigger of the 2 cars. I would go farther away to a different location next time.

Had a good experience. Was quick and efficient. Car was a little dirty on the outside with bugs but everything else was OK.

Arrived 10 minutes late for a scheduled pickup, and the facility doors had been locked, with someone sitting within. Recognize that I should not have arrived late, but you should also not allow for a 5:30pm pickup when you intend to lock the doors and refuse service at 5:30pm. Immediately called the customer service line in an attempt to rectify the situation (to no avail), while the man within the store looked on as I knocked on the door and refused to open the it until he was heading home 30+ minutes later. Ended up getting an Uber, instead. This location damages the Hertz name.

I see that this location has an average of 2 stars. You have to work pretty hard to disappoint so many customers. I had a pretty good experience with the pick up and the drop off process. The only issue was that the attendant said that if I filled out an online survey that I would get $25 off of my next rental. I did fill out the survey but what he said was not true. That was disappointing. I wish I could redo my survey.

I recently had a very bad customer experience with this location. I was given a car rental from the insurance after an accident. They only had one very unattractive vehicle available for me to rent (not a huge deal). I was given the car until a Saturday. Not knowing the process of how to return a vehicle on Saturday (since they are closed), I called, and was informed to simply drop the keys in the drop box on Saturday - which I did. A few days later, I realized I had been charged the extra two days as if I had kept the vehicle until Monday. I went to the location at 8:30 AM to dispute the charge, and there was no one there and the doors were locked (despite the sign on the door saying they opened at 8:00). I called the location from work a few hours later, and was told they were not in the office and to call back an hour later. I called back and hour later, and was given a phone number to call to dispute the claim (why didn't they give me that number the first time I called?). I was easily able to dispute the claim with hertz customer service. I am not a difficult customer to please, but this was a truly awful experience, and this location needs a serious overhaul.
