The vacuums aren't great but they are better than before. Also the rinse has improved but most times it misses a lot. Never pay for the wheel shine it was always hit and miss.
Overall it is a good car wash. Not worth the single pay price but the monthly passes are worth it.
To add insult to injury, the manager denied the claims when confronted. What a disrespect.
I have the least expensive package, $15/mo for unlimited washes. Liking it so far. It's always pretty busy, which makes sense since my car is always clean when it comes out. Love the free (included?) use of towels and vacuums.
I wish they would remove the flashing lights. Almost worth finding another car wash that doesn't have flashing lights. I took away a star because of that single annoyance.
I was just telling my son how much I love this place, they have the best car wash around and no one is better! The amount of soap that covers your car is twice what you get at your gas stations. My husband took his car to the new car wash that's across from Wendy's in Highland and he said they don't have all the the things offered at Gorilla like the sprays to wipe down your Windows or inside and don't offer any towels, we love Gorilla and won't waste our time or money on these other places.
Let me be clear. This is a nice place to wash your car and a great value. However, last weekend they allowed a fundraiser, which they have done many times in the past without annoyance to patrons. The difference this time was that management removed the towels that otherwise are readily available, to force clients to contribute to the fundraiser by having them dry up their vehicles. Don't get me wrong, the fundraiser is legitimate and worth supporting it, but the means used to coerce people's help is unwise and unethical for the establishment as well as for the fundraising organization.
I live very close, so I’ve stopped by a few times. It seems like pretty good quality if you are paying for the lower level washes. Today the main large spinner (that comes down to clean the hood and top of the car) didn’t engage or come down to help clean my car, so basically I just paid to get my car sprayed with soap and water. It was still very dirty when I pulled out. A little disappointing.
