Had a truly horrible (lack of) customer service experience. Will not be going back. There are lots of other options to purchase children's clothes, and I will avoid Gymboree from now on.
I've always had a great experience at this Gymboree Outlet. The selection of clothes is tremendous, and their prices are excellent. This is my go-to store for children's clothes. There's always something super-cute and perfect for everyday or special occasions.
Customer service sucks, but there are deals to be had here. If you have kids, it is worth checking out... I guess.
