Dr. Jared uses microscopes to look into my children's mouths. I was specifically looking for that in a pediatric dentist so I could get precision. I first brought my 6 year old to Dr. Pearson because another dentist told me she needed 4 fillings, and I wanted another opinion. Dr Pearson showed me digital x-rays of all the trouble spots, then digital photographs of the teeth. He explained the limitations of the imaging, and what we could do about them. After spending a long time with me, we agreed to just start with one filling. During that procedure, he was so gentle that she never knew she got an injection. What I didn't expect in addition to his incredible professional precision, was his human compassion for the children and his patience with his work. I have since taken all of my 5 children to Dr. Pearson. I've never felt so much trust in a professional.

I'm a little sad we won't be going back there, ever. But dishonesty isn't okay with me. I've taken my kids here for year and years even though it's farther away for us now. My 8 yr old daughter was told by Dr. Jared (as the kids call him) she need FOUR CROWNS. He was going to do stainless steel crowns, on permanent teeth. And FOUR. I just didn't feel like that was right, and happened to have an appt at my dentist in Riverton (Silverwolf Dental). Dr Fisher at Silverwolf has always been honest with us, so I asked his opinion. I could tell he saw a huge red flag, and said "don't let someone put stainless steel crowns on permanent teeth. Who does that now days? ". His receptionist was really not surprised that my daughters pediatric dentist wanted to do all that work, and said it's a common moneymaker in pediatric dentistry, but that she can almost count on one hand the times a child has actually needed a crown in their office. I brought her in to my dentist in riverton, and she needed ZERO crowns. She did need on inlay bc the corner of the tooth was gone, but other than that just some fillings. Which were NOT stainless steel, which don't fit well and look terrible. I feel terrible that I've recommended Dr Jared to so many people, now to just happen to find out this same thing actually happened to my neighbor (we aren't even in the same city as Mountainland) and they went somewhere else to find a very similar case of being told they were needing four crowns, they ended up leaving, and somewhere else was told they were needing two, but that's a huge difference. As friendly as Dr Jared has always been, and how much my kids loved that office bc they do work hard to please kids and make it a good experience, I can't go back to someone who is dishonest, and isn't even using the best technology. Sorry, goodbye Mountainland.

We have had excellent care here from Dr. Jared and his staff! They are so patient and understanding with our two kiddos on the spectrum! At times it has taken longer to complete certain tasks even as simple as a cleaning for my one child in particular because Dr. Jared is such a huge advocate of trust and helping the child to feel comfortable never forcing things. This creates a relationship of trust and a positive safe place for my children to have dental work done. As an autism momma that is absolutely key!!! We highly recommend them especially for special needs kiddos! They are very gifted in what they do!!

Never going back! Dr. Jared is great, but office staff is horrible!! They cost me so much money because they bill for an anesthesiologist, which they tell you upfront, so my insurance said they would cover most of it, but when they bill you, it's through the anesthesiologist's name which he didn't take our insurance. I will not ever recommend going here. Save yourself money and headache and go somewhere else!

We have been going to see Dr. Jared for over 10 years. All of my kids love going to him and love him and his staff.
