I had these guys come out to fix a simple problem. They turned it into me needing a new furnace or else we would all die of carbon monoxide poisoning. They didn't fix any of the problems and told me even the repairs would cost $3000. I talked to two other repairmen after they left and they both agreed. The furnace replacement wasn't necessary. I am very disappointed. I paid for a service call and all I got was fear of carbon monoxide poisoning and a very unpleasant experience with any hour. In fact, they didn't even clean the simple sensor which was causing the problem in the first place. I had another guy come out and tell me to make sure I had carbon monoxide detectors installed just in case and cleaned the sensor (which any hour didn't do) and the furnace is working flawlessly. I won't use any hour again.
