Went in to get an additional cabinet to go with the others and right away Kate, Kris, Moriah were quick to get me to the right area and Terrance went out of his way to quickly get the item from the higher shelf with the forklift. I thought I was in another Home Improvement store, I haven't seem this kind of service since back in the day when Home Base, Eagle Hardware and Ernst were open back in the day. Like I thought I was in some kind of a dream, real service at a Lowe's? I love Lowe's when it comes to fair pricing but they have NEVER been known for customer service. Even the store in Orem has turned into the old Eagle Hardware with help from a hand-few of people who try to cover three section of the store all by themselves.Like I said, I love Lowe's and the employees are really nice if you can find one. Lowe's, I want to see more of this because every-time I go in, I pray that you keep your doors open another day. You see, your locations are strategically placed in Utah and you have what we need, its just getting the help we need so we can leave with what we came looking for...Keep up the good work, I like the new you.
I think I spend more time at this store than I should. The just seem to have everthing I need for my projects. They have some great managers!
I normally have a good experience at this store. I called the pro desk for a HVAC installation quote. He stated he would call me back with the next available appointment. About an hour went by and he called me with an appointment time of noon on Monday. I leave work to get home by noon for the appointment. I end up calling the store at 12:30 and get the run around only to be told my number was wrong in the system so they couldn’t call to confirm the appointment. I guess they forgot they called me back to schedule the appointment in the first place.
I used to own a landscaping company in TX and spent way too many hours in Lowes and Home Depot stores. This store is 10x better managed than any I've been to. Employees here are always looking to help and consult on whatever project I have. They've been there to answer questions and recommend products for about $10,000 worth of home renovations over the past few months. So grateful this is around the corner.
Customer service was terrible. Becki at costumer service was acting like she was too good to be there and kept making snarky remarks. I usually don't review, but when someone is that rude I have to say something.
