We ended up staying. It wasn't a speedy process and I was completely shocked by the bill. My friend just went there when her daughter smashed her toe. Same experience for her. Really don't go to this place with any expectations of friendly service or normal prices. I like how Lone Peak hospital has a billboard with the wait times for the ER. We asked for a wait time here and they refused to even give us an estimate. It was annoying. I will avoid this place at all costs in the future. They price gouge.
My wife's urologist scheduled a CT scan for her at Mountain Point Medical. It makes absolutely no sense to me why she was charged $253.00 from the doctor for the CT scan itself and then was charged $4403.40 for some "Hospital / Outpatient / Admit Thru Discharge Claim". She literally went there, got the scan, and left. Does not sound like a hospital visit to me. Reading other reviews it seems this place is full of shady practices. We definitely will never be using this facility ever again.
Went to a Dr. office here because I was super tired. Had lots of labs run. Found out that those labs were $1700! Same labs, different facility charged me $150. The mark up here is incredibly expensive, and with my higher deductible I paid for it out of pocket. After all was said and done, it was simply allergies making me so tired.
I've been to this emergency a few times especially with other members of the family. Each time they have done an amazing job of taking care of us.
Not sure, I'm sure there are some, but I wouldn't know.
Not too far off the Timpanogos Highway is a good location especially considering that it is near the freeway. Although if you don't know the area, and don't use a GPS tracker it can be tricky to make your way to the hospital.

The staff is extremely friendly. They do a great job of educating why they are doing what they're doing, and as you ask questions they patiently answer them.
I had my baby here and it was amazing! Not terribly busy (which is fantastic) I felt really taken care of. They don't have to move you rooms which I loved. I even got to watch my sons first bath, it was great. And the food is AMAZING! I look forward to having my next baby here!

Came here after having a nasty headache and high blood pressure the night before and because of a rather aggressively persistent, loving wife concerned for my well being. I wanted to go to an urgent care but she demanded that I go to emergency, so happy wife, happy life.
Loved delivering here but their billing department is TERRIBLE and I will never go to this hospital again because of it. We called and paid off our entire balance for the birth of my daughter in full and they said we were taken care of. I never heard from them again and now 18 months later I receive a collections notice in the mail. We called to dispute it because we never received any other bills or phone calls and the woman was extremely rude and hung up on me when I asked for proof that they sent us a bill. NEVER recommending to anyone and will never go to this hospital again.
In March, my son crashed on his longboard and we brought him in just to be sure he didn't have any issues. I was charged $3000 for x-rays and a sling. No broken bones to set. Just x-rays and a sling. When we got to the ER, my son was crying and feeling pretty awful. No one was in the ER at all. Not even a receptionist. I wondered if we should just go back out to the car and head to Lone Peak Hospital where we went for his broken collarbone. They have a fantastic, fast, friendly ER. Great prices too.
