I have also had them close a lot of short sales for me over the last few months. They have an escrow officer who is their short sale specialist! They constantly research the various bank requirements, and stay current on short sale trends. (They even have a GREAT short sale book, with bank forms that you can use in listing presentations to get more business).
All around, Cottonwood title has their act together! I highly recommend using them!
