We had a great experience here. The theaters were very clean and the seating was very comfortable. The concessions were expensive, but it is a movie theater and my wife says that I'm a tight wad anyway. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I liked the self service soda fountain, which made it very convenient. The parking lot was easy to get on and out of.
The screens here vary in size. Their big ones are great. The small ones are too small for the money. But it is clean and usually has great service. I knocked off a star for the ridiculous 90's-style service fee when buying tickets online - which is also per ticket and not per transaction (as if each ticket cost them more money to process online). Come on. We all know that an automated ticket actually saves money over staffing ticket booths. It is clearly just a money maker they can't get away from. But I still love the place.
I really love this theater. It can be a little bit difficult to access during the rush because the Thanksgiving Point exit is totally nuts, but it's worth it. Their staff is great and very helpful! The seats are good, not incredible, but still good. Great place to go see a movie!!!
Parking was limited. Lines for food where over 20 minutes. Luxury seats are OVERPRICED. Find another theatre if you want value and smooth service.
One of my favorite locations, the other is the one off Geneva, I come here quite a bit, the staff is always friendly and can answer questions about movies I have not seen yet. The food varieties are plentiful, though it takes a while to get them. The parking on a new release or rush hours is a little ridiculous, I wouldn't mind parking on the street if there was gravel or something other than mud and dirt, but that's not on theatre property, other than that great place now I'm gonna go in and watch my movie.
This is my favorite theater. Their popcorn is better than most theaters. It is usually fresh and has a great flavor. They also have a good variety of other food options - most of them adequate for a movie theater.
