We were contacted a few days prior to confirm and again the morning of the move so we would know when to expect them.
The phone consultation was very thorough and pretty much spot on for the number of trucks and crew members needed to move our household. (There were two things, food storage and exercise equipment, about which we could have used more detailed instruction to properly prepare for the move)
They were timely and courteous.
(We organized our move by color coding boxes for the correct floor and labeled each with the designated room. All our rooms were labeled as well.).
Great group to work with. They were punctual and professional. They blanket wrapped doors, walls and the furniture and treated my items with respect. They worked hard and got the job done. I am very happy with the results. Thanks 7 Brothers!
These movers are GREAT! They are very professional from the first phone call to the last box moved. They were very careful with all the boxes and furniture. They also took every measure to protect the floors and walls in the homes. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for your move.
Why not five stars?
We had a treadmill to move, but were unaware it needed to be dismantled. Luckily, we found an exercise equipment handyman service that was able to rush over in time, or wevwould have had to make others arrangements.
Seven brothers moving company served our needs. All of the workers stayed busy and engaged in what needed to be done. They did not charge for the two small breaks they had. Then they waited until everything was loaded and on their way to our end destination before they stopped to eat lunch.
This is the second time we hired this company and we would definitely recommend Seven Brothers, and hire them in the future.
Considering the scope our move, we we thought they did a really good job. The crew was friendly and worked well.
We had tons of food storage we thought could be easily moved per the phone consult. In actuality, only the boxed items would be moved. Thankfully, the majority of our storage was boxed. Frustrating that we will have to either gather friends and family to help with those #10 cans, or leave them for the new occupants. If we had known that detail ahead of time we could have had those items boxed as well.
There was a small ding on one piece, we can cover up, and one of the items lost a few screws in transit. Once again, not a big deal, we can fix it ourselves, but I think five stars means absolute perfection. And that would also mean being aware and bringing to our attention these, and any other slights made or noticed along the way.
I would highly recommend 7 Brothers Moving. They were on time, professional, hard working, detail oriented and friendly. There was a misunderstanding with the office before the move, but they were kind and quick to understand and resolve things. It was a great experience on a day that involves a lot of stress and I couldn't be more grateful. The crew was awesome and I felt it was worth every penny to use their company. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.
After a brief tour of the home, they went to work. When it was time to unload, the process was similar and went smoothly.
All in all, we liked working with Seven Brothers and will definitely call them again for our moving needs.
