Dave exceeded my expectations in every way. I sold a rental house from out of town and needed a point person to be in charge of the entire project, including remodeling, contracting and then the more traditional real estate marketing and selling. As soon as I decided to go with him, Dave stepped in and took charge while keeping me appropriately in the loop on all major decisions, and did an outstanding job. He was dead on with his market analysis, did most of the design on the remodel which got rave reviews, was very cost conscious throughout the process getting several bids on almost everything, and kept on a tight schedule as to not waste any time.
