I have been a regular at Sage Leaf Spa which is why when my friend suggested we pamper ourselves for Mothers Day- I knew right where I wanted to go. We made appointments for the Saturday before Mothers Day, our appointments started at 6:00 pm. Usually upon arrivals the staff are waiting and warm welcoming. Not this time. The 3 girls that were working looked pretty rough. One girl walked us back to the unkempt dressing room/restroom where generally there are nice lockers prepared with your name, robe and slippers. This time, she told us they didn't have any clean robes. I wondered what she expected us to do, as we were scheduled for massages and facials. I asked her if she could please go find us robes, she came back with an XL and a XXL for 2 small ladies! I proceeded to use the restroom before our services, when much to my surprise, there was no toilet paper. Finally, we were waiting for our appointment, when I was greeted for my service, but my friend wasn't on the books! They were able to accommodate my friend for the next hour, and as far as the services rendered, we were left feeling relaxed and pleased. However, I was so embarrassed and disappointed that I had brought my friend here and raved about the facility. It was so unprofessional and not what I would did expect from a high end spa. I understand that it was probably a busy day with moms coming in for the occasion, but I would expect the same level of service any day of the week, any time of day.
This was my first time trying ashiatsu. I normally get a standard deep tissue massage. Wow! This was the best feeling massage I have ever had. Nathan was able to get my knots out while I was still relaxed and the brushing on of warm oil felt fabulous.
I have been coming to Sage Leaf Spa for a number of years. They treat me like a princess from the time I get checked in to the time I leave. Their staff is professional and kind, fun and efficient! Their massage therapists are gifted and talented people who are personable and easy to relax with. I've never had a bad massage from this fine established and I feel ready to take on the rest of my week when I leave. Thanks for everything! CONSIDER YOURSELVES HUGGED!
This is the best salon in Utah. I have gone to lots of salons and spas and they are by far the best. It is such a great experience and boutique atmosphere but such reasonable pricing. I have not found anywhere that does such a great job on my hair and is so well priced. I also get my eyebrows done here by Cathie and she is so amazing!
