Their salads are usually good, but you get so little dressing that you end up eating mostly lettuce with no dressing. I don't understand the cheapness on dressing - give a sufficient amount to cover the salad. The sandwiches are actually pretty good, but they are overpriced.

This kneaders use to be good but quality has been going down. The workers or at least the cashiers don't know how to take orders quick, I just waited in line for 15 minutes to take my order and while doing that 2 people walked out because of the slowness. Went here for breakfast and the syrup had chunks in it. Things on the shelves are not organized neatly, things look like scattered. I try to avoid coming here now. I knew some people who worked at this location and they quit because they said it sucked working here so they got jobs elsewhere. kneaders you need a new manger or something

Staff is nice, but with 10+ people working and not crazy busy the floors and tables should not look like a tornado came through. We sat down for over an hr and no one seemed to care that there was garbage all over the floors and tables. With 20 tables needing cleaned someone should step up and clean. We saw staff walking back and forth in an attempt to look busy, but never really doing anything... almost comical.

The baked goods are hit-or-miss. Often, they are dry and flavorless (the sugar cookies). But sometimes, they are on par with a regular bakery.

I'm giving 4 stars because the food was still great even with all the mess.

Great atmosphere and the food is good...it is just pricy for what you get. I ordered a French dip combo, spent $12 and my sandwich had 2 thin little slices of roast beef lost between 2 massive slices of bread. I know Kneaders is all about the bread but where's the meat?

The service is always like waiting for paint to dry. It just takes so darn long. I don't like how you have to wait for even simple things. Order a cookie, which is made and sitting right in the case in front of you, and they still take your name and make you wait to be served. Just grab the darn cookie before taking the next order.

For example, their breakfast sandwiches taste like they have microwaved sausage and egg. The french toast is good if you are in the mood for a sugar bomb. But the bread in it is light and fluffy and the syrup is good.

Used to be four star until they took the kids soup off the menu. Probably won't come again because that was all my kids would eat. Love their salads and soups. Delicious breads, desserts and pastries as well. Endless French toast and other great breakfast options.

Overrated. I don't understand why it is always busy. Their food is super expensive for what you get.

Overall the food is tasty with lots of different options. This Kneaders seems to be hit and miss on portions and quality. Prices are on the high end for sandwiches, but always fresh.
