I love these products and this company has great customer service! I placed two orders on the same day because I forgot an item on my first order. Without me even asking they combined the orders and refunded me the shipping for one order which saved me money!!!

If I could give them a 0 I would!! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. As a business owner I deal with many businesses and give the benefit of the doubt always. But this place missed the course on customer service. I ordered a time sensitive product that expires after only a month. There only shipping options were mail and then a Fedex version that was almost $50 for a $20 item. The product never was received and after several emails (they have no phone number to call), they informed me that it was not their problem that it was shipped already. They had no other alternatives or suggestions, just too bad sorry its not there. After I waited over a week, I decided to purchase the product somewhere else and was able to salvage business. I finally received the item over 2.5 weeks later (item expires in 30 days by the way). I sent the item immediately back to them and now they are trying to charge me a fee to restock almost 2 months later. What a joke!!! Do not do business with this joke of a place...
