This is actually a 3rd party Sprint store so they can't do much besides sell you a phone. I needed a SIM card for my device and they told me I could buy one there for $40. I went to the Sprint store in downtown Salt Lake and they said that official Sprint stores don't charge for SIM cards. Not only this, but the guy who helped me at the Lehi store was pretty arrogant, not helpful, and not very sympathetic to my situation. He told me Sprint would lose money by giving me a SIM card for free...because I guess the amount I pay every month for service isn't enough to keep Sprint afloat? Don't waste your time here, go to the Sprint store on Bangerter or on 400 S.
Mitchell did great at giving us information about switching from our previous provider as well as with phones. He was also helpful in switching our phones. A second person did well in helping Mitchell with our phones.
We came back the next day to actually do the switch and a third person kept interrupting Mitchell and trying to up sell us. He seemed to talk down to everyone.
The store wasn't busy at all and the employees were incredibly honest and helpful. They took a lot of time to help me with my questions and seemed to genuinely care. I am so glad I found this location instead of American Fork because they are normally very busy. Even if it's a bit further from you, the drive is worth not standing in line for an hour or more at American Fork.
I was not sure what phone I wanted and Colby gave me all of the information i needed and helped me get out the door for work on time. Wonderful environment! Great service! Thank you sprint!

The screen protector on my phone does not fit well at all. I returned to ask about it and show them. The second person agreed that it doesn't fit correctly. The third person said that it is supposed to fit that way and if I was dissatisfied than I could buy a case from him for a discounted price. The third person does not seem interested in actually helping anyone and only seems interested in selling things. I paid $40 for the screen protector and it doesn't fit properly. I don't see why I would spend another $50 - $60 so the third person can get a profit for not being helpful.
I love going to this store, shortest wait time ever! The employees seem like the genuinely care about our circumstance even when they aren’t making a sale. I will continue to go to this store.
